Presentation Guidelines

Oral presentations will be in the conventional format of a talk given by the registered author using an LCD projector, followed by a short discussion period. Timing will be the following:

Invited talks: 25+ 5 minutes

Contributed talks: 12+3 minutes

and will be strictly respected.

NOTE: Only LCD projectors will be provided. Authors are expected to bring their presentation on their own laptop computers along with a backup copy on a USB Drive in case of laptop failure. All Oral talks will be presented in this manner – No other oral presentation format is available.

Poster session will be on Monday evening and posters will remain hanging for the entire conference period.

Poster presentations will consist of well-prepared visual materials about the work posted on a designated board, with the registered author available to present details and to answer questions during the selected poster session times. Simply posting a copy of the paper is NOT appropriate and will be treated as a NO SHOW.

Posters should be formatted in PORTRAIT/VERTICAL format. The surface area available is 80 cm wide by 120 cm high. The Conference provides a small sign designating the ID of the paper to be posted on each board and a small number of push pins for displaying the poster on the board.
